“Alex and Dylar came out right away and repaired/replaced the broken pipes under the house and in the wall. They worked very hard, and had to get into some very tight spaces. They explained each step ahead of time so there were no surprises.”

“Correction from my previous post:
The septic tank cap was 8 inches from the ground surface. (Not 17 inches as previously posted). Wyatt should have shoveled and not up-charged me to bring out the excavator.”

- Jeremy P.

“Called Apex to inspect my septic and pump if necessary. Wyatt and crew showed up to do the work. Up-charged me by telling me they needed to bring out their excavator to find the septic tank cap. Wyatt told me they do shovel work if they find the cap is less than 2 feet from the surface. After excavation, the cap was 17 inches below the surface. Huge payout for them. Didn’t backfill the dirt closer to the cap and left it piled up. Used my water hose, which was rolled up on the other side of the house and didn’t put it back. Broke the water spigot they used and refused to fix the leak. I talked to Hayden the manager. He was absolutely not responsive to my concerns. Told me that people try to “get free stuff” all the time. Unprofessional to say the least. All said and done I paid $2000 for Apex to pump my septic tank. Stay away from Apex. They are predators and just want the money.”

“We had a pipe that was leaking at our barn. Joe and Alex came out and quickly determined what needed to be done, provided a quote and got right to work. They were able to fix our issue. We appreciated their honesty, integrity and knowledge. Thank you so much. We highly recommend Apex and especially want to Thank Joe & Alex for their excellence & professionalism!”

“Was charged to fix a leak that was coming under the baseboard but they did not fix it where the leak was actually coming from. I had to call again the next day on a Saturday for them to come back. They said it was a different place that was leaking and charged me for another repair plus an extra charge because they came on a weekend. They ‘supposedly’fixed the leak (at the wrong place) then had to cut out the drywall and fix it where it should have been fixed the first time. They had to move the toilet to cut the drywall but after fixing the leak had to wait for a man to drive to Somerset from Danville with a seal for the toilet because the plumber didn’t have one on his van (Of course they don’t fix the drywall.afterwards ) So, I was charged more time because he had to wait to replace the toilet. I was very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them.”

“Aaron Raley came out right away when called at approx. 8:30pm…He was here within 20 minutes. Fixed the main problem with ease in a few hours so I have hot water throughout house. He got me on schedule to get more preventative maintenance done shortly! Highly recommend. Good dude, straight forward throughout process and prices are fair! Will use again in future if anything arises.”
